On March 23rd, 2010, the Ministry of National Defense represented by the Lebanese Armed Forces- LMAC and BLOM BANK S.A.L. signed a Memorandum Of Understanding to launch the funding project of the National Mine Action Program in Lebanon. This MOU is valid until December 2013.
