In the scope of assessing the work of demining organizations in Lebanon, LMAC received the visit of the Mechanical Consultant of the Mine advisory Group office in United Kingdom for a period of 4 days(28 till 31 July 2017).

The consultant aimed through this visit to take an overview of the demining work of MAG teams in lebanon under the supervision of LMAC. For this reason and accompanied with a team from the operations department at LMAC, MAG consultant visited several minefields in southern Lebanon( wazany , rayhan and demachkya) and western Bekaa (Maydon and Karaoun) where they listened to a brief on the flow of the demining work in these fields and the effectiveness of the equipment used for this work.
