On May 28th, 2014, a delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met with the LMAC Director and discussed future cooperation concerning the humanitarian mine action in Lebanon.

In a bid to benefit from the LMAC's expertise and experience, the ICRC delegation suggested training for Burma officers on the management of Mine Action Programmes at the headquarters of the LMAC.

At the end of the meeting, the LMAC Director thanked the delegation for its visit and trust in the Lebanese Mine Action Program (LMAP).
