LMAC participated in the 8^th Multi State Party meeting of the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Lebanon was requested to be featured in 2 of the 6 side events. The first one presented countries which witnessed significant progress in Mine Action including Croatia and Lebanon. The second side event focused on Lebanon Country Coalition as a model to follow in other countries based on the success this initiative led by the Norwegian Ambassador in Lebanon, had on mine action funding and support.
