The objective of this course is to train participants to detect, assess, and respond to threats related to Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Prerequisites:
No prerequisites are required to take this course, making it accessible to all.
Duration:
2 weeks, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
7 hours per day, for a total of 70 hours.
Skills Acquired:
a. General knowledge of explosive ordnance.
b. General knowledge of IEDs.
c. Immediate reaction to IED threats.
d. Security procedures during patrols.
e. Reactions and reporting.
Cost:
The total cost for a fully covered participant is $740 USD, distributed as follows:
a. Accommodation: $20 USD per night per participant.
b. Training fees: $20 USD per day per participant.
c. Meals: $25 USD per day per participant.
This amount covers the full 2-week training, including accommodation and meals.
