On June 3rd, 2010, the Ministry of National Defense represented by the Lebanese Armed Forces- the LMAC and non-governmental organization Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) signed a Memorandum Of Understanding in order to execute Mine Risk Education programs and mine, cluster bombs and UXO Victim Assistance Project in Lebanon. This MOU is valid until December 2013.
