On 18/1/2017, LMAC received a visit from the UN resident representative in Lebanon, Mr Philip Lazzarini, along with a team from UNDP and MAG.

The team listened to a brief on the main activities of LMAC given by the LMAC`s operations department giving a general overview of LMAC`s work in terms of clearance operations, MVA, MRE and other related activities in the humanitarian demining context. After this brief, the team visited a minefield in Keraoun, western Beqaa, and listened to the demining methodologies performed in this field.
