Departments

The Admin Department is responsible for personnel, logistics and finance. 

 In addition to the Duties and Responsibilities imposed by The Lebanese Army Regulations, the Administration Department carries out the following tasks:

Mine Risk Education (MRE) refers to all educational activities seeking to reduce mines/ERW (including unexploded sub-munitions) injuries by raising awareness and promoting behavior changes among impacted communities.

The main purpose of the Operations Department is to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the mine action program

The LMAC regional office in Nabatiyeh, known as the Regional Mine Action Center (RMAC-N) manages, plans, supervises all Demining Operations Activities in the South of Lebanon, West Bekaa and Chouf areas.

The aim of the IM Department is to manage the information technology and maintain the database of the National Demining Program at LMAC.

The aim of MVA is to provide mines/ERW victims with medical, social, psychological and economic assistance toward the realization of their rights and their re-integration in the society.

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department at LMAC is responsible of accreditations for the organizations, training and controlling.
