This is a great tragedy, losing a limb or another form of permanent disability is a catastrophic consequence of a mine explosion.

In 2016, many victims benefited from prosthetic services funded by EU, MLI and ITF classified as per the below:

Funded by EU, LMAC provided 43 mine victims with customized below the knee prostheses with dynamic foot and liner.
Funded by MLI, LMAC provided 45 mine victims with customized below the knee prostheses with dynamic foot and liner.
Funded by ITF, LMAC provided 6 mine victims with customized below the knee prostheses with dynamic foot and liner.
