A post clearance project funded by WRA was launched in January 2012 and stopped in December 2012 on 683 Cluster munitions strikes cleared since the Israeli Enemy hostilities in July 2006.
The project aimed at compiling an all-inclusive knowledge base of post-clearance impact and lessons learned that will support future planning effectively, improving decision making and reporting while, assisting in furthering the analysis of clearance that evaluates the socioeconomic impact of all Lebanon’s explosive remnants of war (ERW) and land release activities.
