On the 2nd of March 2012, the Brazilian Ambassador to Lebanon visited the LMAC and reviewed with the Director the center’s activity and discussed future cooperation regarding demining trainings.

Training on MRE for Iraqi Activists
The LMAC organized a training session (13-21 November 2011) about mines/ERW risk education for 8 Iraqi activists from the MRE department of the Iraqi Ministry of Environment. At the end of the session, a graduation ceremony was held in which activists received a follow-up session certificate.
